Third-largest National Park in the Continental U.S. and the largest subtropical wilderness in the U.S. The 1.5-million-acre park occupies the southern tip of Florida with Gulf Coast and Atlantic shorelines, covers 3 counties and boasts rare, endangered species living in a variety of habitats. There are three entrances to the Park: Homestead Main Entrance, Miami-Shark Valley (Tamiami Trail/US Hwy 41) and Everglades City/Naples – Gulf Coast.

THINGS TO DO: Hiking, fishing, camping, canoeing, birdwatching, biking, tram & boat tours.

HOURS: Open 24 hours daily. Visitor Seasons: Wet (April-October) and Dry (Nov-March).

PARK ENTRANCE FEES: Car $20; Motorcycle $15;
Pedestrian/Cyclist: $8.
All passes good for 7 consecutive days.
Child 16 years or younger Free.
